Experienced. Attentive. Responsive. Efficient.
D. Andrew Rhodes ("Drew") founded his firm on the principle that every client deserves accessible, responsive and efficient legal services. He is available after hours and on weekends, by appointment. He provides his clients the legal experience they need at a price they can afford.
As a member of the Creditor Attorneys Association of Alabama, the Tuscaloosa Bar Association, the Bibb County Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar, Drew keeps his finger on the pulse of leading-edge topics in the law. He has taught a Landlord-Tenant Seminar targeted toward an audience of local lawyers and property managers through the bar association's continuing legal education (CLE) program on the topic of the ethical considerations in landlord-tenant law.
He currently focuses his practice on landlord-tenant law and collections litigation. However, he is also a skilled trial attorney who has fought — and won — cases in the following areas of practice:
Drew was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 2004; the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama in 2004; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in 2004. He is currently licensed to practice in state, federal and appellate courts throughout Alabama. Drew Rhodes is a lifelong Tuscaloosa resident who is married with two children. He graduated from Tuscaloosa Academy before attending the University of Alabama, where he graduated with a B.A. in English in 2001. He later received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama in 2004.
